Page, Williams, and Fredonia each have local courts, so a Coconino County case found online may still require a direct request to the named court rather than the Superior Court clerk.

Coconino County Superior Court also hears criminal appeals from lower courts. That appellate role does not merge the lower file into the original trial file. Access Rules for Case Records

A.R.S. § 39-121 supports public inspection of records in an officer's custody during office hours, while Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123 governs judicial records. Adult criminal case information is generally public, but access does not reach every file or every field.

Arizona Public Access excludes sealed and confidential matters, juvenile delinquency and incorrigible cases, orders of protection, mental health and probate matters, victim and witness data, and local ordinance violations. eAccess carries its own document limits. Ask whether the matter is local-only, too old for eAccess, sealed, restricted, or indexed under another case number.
